Amelia’s Fabric and Yarn Shoppe has been providing the community with a selection of quality yarns, fabrics, sewing notions, books, patterns, and other quilting supplies since 2011. After deciding to close down Amelia’s in 2021, Nancy was approached by a vendor from The Shops of West Ridge suggesting a move over there rather than closing. After a few conversations, Amelia’s officially moved into its new location in The Shops on West Ridge located in Greece, NY.

Owner, Nancy has been sewing since childhood and developed an admiration to yarn and fabric early on in life. In 2011, when the local yarn store closed Nancy took the opportunity and opened Amelia's Fabric and Yarn Shoppe originally located in the Village of Hilton, NY. Nancy teaches crochet classes at the Shoppe.

Sue is Amelia's yarn specialist with an extensive background in several types of yarns and their uses. Sue can guide any level of crocheter and knitter on obtaining the right yarn for patterns to make any project a success! Sue can be found teaching knitting classes at the Shoppe.
